Overview

Our Commercial team is responsible for i) Buying: how much to buy, when to buy, at what price; ii) Category Management: how to improve our product assortment; iii) Supply Chain: how the products get from the supplier to the stores; Revenue Strategy: how to price, promote, and place our products. The team will ultimately provide world-class account management services to our partners, looking after growth, sales, and operational excellence targets.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Item Images and ensure site compliance and accuracy
• Work with the operations team to triage image issues or missing data
• Focus on outstanding customer experience and data completion
• Liaise with Suppliers in order to troubleshoot item setup issues
• Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
• Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted as well as resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
• Responding to information requests from micro fulfillment channel
• Testing new database systems and software updates
• Perform administrative duties, and additional functions, as needed and determined by management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Computer Science or related field
• Strong analytical skills with a high attention of detail
• Ability to travel up to 25% to different marketplaces as needed
• Experience in a start-up environment - eCommerce ideal
• Experience working with product platforms and digital asset companies
• A desire to work in a dynamic environment at one of the fastest growing startups in Europe
• Act like an owner. We believe that’s a great driving principle
• You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty
• You have very good communication skills and are proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish
