Overview

Our Real Estate, Construction amp; Facility team is responsible for i) Sourcing; ii) Closing; iii) New location fit-out and iv) Facility management of all our locations - including darkstores, cross docking warehouses and central warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Gather and outreach to potential new locations
• Work with potential landlords and real estate agents
• Build up a real estate pipeline and push deals all the way through the funnel
• Fully responsible in the negotiation and signing process for potential locations
• Work with headquarters to learn about and implement best practices from our other markets

• Perform administrative duties, and additional functions, as needed and determined by managemen

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in fast paced start ups, consulting, banking. Real estate experience is a plus
• Excellent time and task management skills; confident to manage multiple negotiation at the same time
• Make sure our operations are cutting edge and ready to scale with you to other districts, cities
• See yourself as an entrepreneur and you are eager to take the next steps - launching a new Gorillas location is almost like launching your own startup
• Willing to make Gorillas your mission and are ready to put a lot of hard work into making this business a success
• Affinity for using data to make strategic decisions
• Ability to learn fast and adapt your strategies and tactics to the dynamic world of super-fast delivery. Super-fast delivery means sometimes doing other things super-fast.
• A desire to work in a dynamic environment at one of the fastest growing startups in Europe
• Act like an owner. We believe that’s a great driving principle
• You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty. Love traveling and your flexible when it comes to your working location
• You have very good communication skills and are proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish
