We are looking for a System Integration Specialist whose responsibilities are working as a owner of the Marketplace integration project, collaboratively with our Integration, Sales and Customer Success team in order to manage manually the activation of doctor profiles, synchronize their activities and constantly monitor that there are no problems.
You will be in charge of:
- Being the owner of the Marketplace integration project;
- Manually managing the activation of doctor profiles on the marketplace;
- Supporting customers with new activations using internal tools;
- Managing communication with Customer Success and Sales teams - providing all necessary informations and updating them about developments;
- Owning maintenance flow locally;
- Handling issues coming to Service desk while using internal tools to verify requests (logs, reports, tools, monitoring);
- Active participation in further steps of the process (reporting to dev team, following up to CS/Sales);
- Proactively sharing feedback about possible improvements of the process and participating in investigation of root causes;
- Constantly and proactive monitoring and assure profile are well synchronized and with no problem.
Requirements
What experience and skills do you need to do a great job in this position?
- Bachelor Degree;
- 1-2 years of experience working as a support/technical expert with IT systems;
- Experience in project management;
- Dealing with technical projects, meeting deadlines;
- Your english is good enough (at least B2!) to communicate on a daily basis with international cross-functional team;
- Fluent Italian as a must;
- Fluent in Spanish as a must;
- Bonus point: Experience in healthcare.
