We are looking for a CRM expert analyst to join the Data and Digital Marketing team of a leading publishing and communications company in Barcelona.

About your future role:

• Manage the global database. Design and execute a cross-market growth plan taking into account the legal requirements. Follow up on action plans regarding specific growth KPIs.
• Work closely with each market to identify new growth opportunities to increase and enrich our client's database.
• Define the lead plan with the clear goal of increasing leads and optimizing conversion rate to subscriptions. Design A/B test to get new insights.
• Manage campaign segmentation in a business intelligence tool and control the data integration between all their CRM tools.
• Responsible for the customer portfolio analysis. Define and create clusters to optimize segmentationsfor the different commercial communications.
• Reporting main CRM KPIs and actions results.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
• CRM knowledge and its different areas of application. 3-4 years’ experience in CRM departments or similar.
• Interpret metrics, data-driven. High knowledge of business intelligence tools.
• Creativity and a self-starter attitude with constructive critical thinking.
• Dynamic and analytical profile with self-learning ability and good oral and written communication skills.
• High English required: you must communicate in English with the stakeholders of the different countries.
