We are currently looking for a CRM and Marketing Automation specialist to join the Data and Digital Marketing team of a leading publishing and communications company in Barcelona.

About your future role:

• Design and execute our client's customer and prospects email marketing strategy for all markets. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the creation, database definition and scheduling of the commercial, triggered, and newsletter emails.
• Support in the definition and coordination of the company's marketing automation plan for the countries worldwide. Follow up main triggered emailings KPIs.
• Propose, execute and monitor actions to improve the customer experience in order to increase the customer lifetime value of the business.
• Support in the customer journey definition for each market, and monitor customer satisfaction metrics.
• Monitoring of main KPIs and CRM actions carried out.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
• CRM knowledge and its different areas of application.
• 1-2 year experience in CRM departments or email marketing.
• Interpret metrics, data-driven and analytical profile.
• Dynamic person with self-learning ability and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High English required: you must communicate in English with the stakeholders of the different countries.
• Programming knowledge will be valued. (HTML, Javascript, CSS).
