About the role:

The Service Engineer Department ensures that all products across the whole Wallbox environment (Charger, Cloud and Mobile Applications) receive technical support to meet our quality standards.

That means that a 3rd Level Service Engineer is in contact with the different departments of the company (Customer Service, Validation, Operations, Product, ) to guarantee that engineering requests regarding the product such as customer incidences or technical assessments are addressed and resolved within a given time frame and with quality.

You will:

As a Software Service Engineer, you will:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to the Customer Service (L1/L2) team on the different products
  • Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure that any customer issue or operational request is resolved in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with Quality department to investigate potential issues with Operations
  • Align with Product and Project Managers to provide support when releasing a remarkable product or feature
  • Work on identifying blocking issues that require follow-up or investigation
  • Ensure the documentation and communication of the processes, policies, and procedures for obtaining the correct, timely and cost-effective support

Requirements

Must have:

  • Engineering Degree
  • Flexible and open-minded
  • 3+ years of experience in Automated QA / Testing
  • Interested in Electric Vehicles and renewable energies
  • Proficient in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience in electronic testing /Backend / IOS amp; Android Testing
  • Programming Languages: Python or any Object-Oriented Language
  • Experience working directly with customers
  • Other languages are a plus
