The role
We are looking for a talented Creative Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of marketing creatives and product design for Optimalprint. You will work in an international environment with smart yet humble people. You are expected to work hard to move the Creative team towards the completion of key project deliverables with regards to marketing campaigns, new product launches, product design, and more.
The Creative Project Manager is the lifeline of our Creative team. Extremely well organized and flexible, you have the ability to work with the leadership team, the Marketing team, and Category Managers, and possess a strong project management ability. The Creative Project Manager plays a pivotal role in keeping projects moving internally by gathering information from stakeholders and understanding the overall direction of campaigns, creative and product design requests. You are expected to proactively support the Creative team in various activities by building project schedules, forecasting hours for projects, coordinating with different teams to ensure that projects start and finish on time and that all stakeholders have reviewed and approved in a timely manner. You will increase efficiency by forecasting, monitoring utilization, and identifying opportunities to use new tools and technologies.
