Job Description

Lodgify is a tech startup that provides a software solution focused on building direct channel technology which empowers vacation rental owners and property managers to create a professional website and grow direct bookings, free from commissions.

We are on the lookout for an experienced Sales Operations Lead to support the company’s Sales and Account management teams by analysing data to develop strategic and operational decisions and strategies to help us boost our sales and account management KPIs and support all operations systems and processes.

We are looking for someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and work directly with the VP of Sales in the sales and account management teams. Someone passionate about their work, detail oriented, analytical, with initiative and problem solving abilities.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Analyze market, customer, and internal data to drive strategic and operational decisions.
  • Manage the transformation projects of sales and account management operations.
  • Streamline sales processes, systems, KPIs, dashboards, and tools to improve conversion and productivity.
  • Analyze and monitor sales operation’s KPIs, processes and tools to drive improvements and scalability.
  • Select, implement, and manage sales automation tools.
  • Structure and maintain workflows and tools for sales and account management.
  • Provide analysis, reports, dashboards to the VP of Sales, COO, and team leaders.
  • Work with marketing and support teams to optimize interfaces (processes, systems, policies).
  • Assist with onboarding new sales and account management people.


  • 3+ years of experience as a sales operations or consulting.
  • Strong analytical capability to acquire, cleanse and analyze data for both strategic and operational insights and decisions.
  • Native or near native level of English.
  • Proven experience using any of the following CRM and BI tools: HubSpot, Zendesk and communication systems.
  • Experience and strong understanding of Sales, Account management and marketing operations.
  • Understands sales and account management processes, reporting and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly.
  • Experience in a SaaS company is preferred.
