Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic inbound marketing specialist to join our growing marketing team and help us fulfill our mission.

As an inbound marketer, you will contribute to driving Lodgify's brand awareness and user acquisition through inbound marketing. You will also flex your talents in project management, strategic marketing, graphic design and data analysis.

What you'll be doing:

  • Creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging content, social, SEO and email marketing campaigns to drive lead acquisition.
  • Identify growth opportunities, set up and optimize our user acquisition funnel, including landing pages, retargeting, and marketing automation.
  • Build lead generation tools to turn casual traffic into loyal customers.
  • Create monthly reports containing a robust description of monthly activities, suitable advice, actionable recommendations and a clear summary of performance against KPIs and metrics.
  • Uncover what drives Lodgify website leads to sign up, guided by data-driven insights, relevant A/B tests and qualitative amp; quantitative user studies.
  • Analyze and optimize top landing pages within the CMS platform (Hubspot). Work with the acquisition team to develop A/B test for campaign-specific landing pages to achieve conversion goals.
  • Explore new strategies and opportunities related to your role.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Understands and loves content. You know how to optimize content with SEO and can mastermind the automation and distribution of content across digital channels.
  • Thinks about the customer. Delivering value early and often to our customer is a must. Yes, we have marketing goals, but you’re always thinking about them through the lens of the people who actually click subscribe.
  • Data-driven. You are disciplined about drawing accurate conclusions and adjusting your direction accordingly.
  • Plays well with others. You love working in a team. Yes, you’re the writer and will own different content projects, but you listen to your teams ideas, filter their notes, and make them feel heard by delivering copy that crystalizes the entire team’s expertise into messages you can all be proud of and drive great results.
  • Gets stuff done. There are no time clocks or ankle chains keeping you at your desk. You have work to do, deadlines to hit and projects to complete. That means that you’ll need your problem-solving and organizational skills almost as much as your writing chops.
  • You are self-motivated. You don’t need to be tightly managed to be successful, yet you understand the importance of following processes and communication. You don’t need to be fired up; you’re self-motivated by the inner drive to produce the best results and to be part of creating something great.
  • Expects feedback and changes. Because they’re coming whether you expect them or not. People can run from it, or run with it. You choose the latter.

Requirements

  • Around 2 years experience in SaaS marketing and knowledge in at least two of the following specialties: content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing and SEO.
  • You adore Hubspot (or another automation platform) and have experience building landing pages, emails and workflows inside the platform.
  • Demonstrable results from lead generation and demand generation campaigns and activities.
  • Proven experience and confidence using tools like Google Analytics, Hubspot, SEMRush, and Optimizely.
  • Experience creating video content would be advantageous.
  • HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite hands-on experience is a plus
  • Graduate of Marketing, Advertising or any number-driven specialties.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish or any other European language fluently and idiomatically.

Benefits

  • Indefinite contract
  • Meal vouchers
  • Private Health Insurance
  • 25 days of vacations
  • Free Spanish classes
  • Be part of an international team of over 26 different nationalities
  • Opportunities to learn amp; grow
  • Nice office space in a central location
  • Fresh fruits, coffee and beverages and other breakfast food

We are proud to have an international team that acknowledges a variety of backgrounds, perspectives and skills. At Lodgify, we celebrate diversity and difference, and we are strongly committed to building an inclusive environment for all our employees.

All applications, including CV amp; cover letter, must be submitted in English. Applications in any other language will not be considered.
