The role:
The Marketplace Content Operations manager will be responsible for improving the quality and consistency of the content like partner salons' pages, treatments, product localization, etc. as well as driving performance improvements in the operational activities.
Leading a talented team of multi-market team leaders, you will drive the current transition from a manual to self-serve flow to onboard new salons. In parallel to this transition, you will be at the heart of the integration of the new Treatwell amp; Uala group with the objective of creating a centralized content team in Barcelona, and aligning the different content processes of the two entities, so that the teams can manage the content in an efficient and productive way.
As a collaborative leader, you are influential and motivating to your team, able to offer them concise actionable advice to help them achieve exceptional results, while developing their leadership capabilities. You foster strong relationships across other departments, showcasing how MC (Marketplace Content) is operating and where they could use support.
Our MC specialists create our marketplace offering, allowing users to find the best venue, service or stylist for their needs, through comprehensive descriptions and engaging content. The team has a crucial role to continually enhance the SEO attributes of all content ensuring it continues to drive organic traffic. They are also going through an exciting transformation of empowering our customers to manage their content themselves, meaning the specialists will transition to have more content quality moderation responsibilities going forward..
