The role you'll playAs a Vendor Manager, your key responsibility is to support the overall operational and tactical matters related to LanguageWire’s network of suppliers.
Your prime objective is to maximize profitability by implementing and executing in cooperation with the vendor management team, taking advantage of our advanced technology capabilities.
You will personally support the implementation of the transformation work of our freelance translators, proving that extended use of our technology brings benefit and additional value to both our customers and suppliers.
The team you'll be part ofThe Vendor Management team is international with 5 different people located in our different offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Hamburg Leuven and Lille, where your leader is located.
The Vendor Management Team Lead has a solid background within the translation and localization industry, and has been mentoring different Operations teams with passion for the past 13+ years.
Structure and giving her people ownership for their projects, while providing guidance whenever needed are her leadership style, in a nutshell.
The Vendor Management team is a powerful contributor to assist our Customer Success organization in reaching the LanguageWire objectives. We like to be seen as facilitating vendor expertise towards different teams within Operations and Business Development.
Our Vendor Procurement Manager is also located in Valencia and also has a lot of knowledge to share regarding LanguageWire’s strategy towards our external vendors. This is interesting to know you will have someone to relate to onsite in Valencia!
