The Challenge

We are seeking an experienced B2B marketer who will own the complete marketing experience for professional sellers and advertisers on Wallapop.

The candidate will have experience in developing marketing programs for a B2B audience, as well as a history of discovering and analyzing B2B customers’ motivations in order to execute innovative customer outreach initiatives. The B2B Marketer is responsible for aligning all marketing activity with the sales teams, helping to generate revenue by launching marketing tactics that focus on: B2B customer acquisition, account retention and increased penetration and usage of Wallapop products. This position must work to establish effective relationships with our Head of Advertising, Head of Motors Sales, sales reps and other internal teams (e.g., Consumer Marketing, Analytics).

You will help inform and educate B2B customers, partners, opinion leaders about the benefits of Wallapop products, our company culture/values, and our approach to the B2B market opportunity. You will combine creativity with organizational skills to manage numerous projects to deadlines simultaneously. In collaboration with designers, you will also develop print and web-based materials supporting B2B marketing campaigns.

What You Will Do

  • Builds brand value and reputation with key partners. Communicate the advantages of Wallapop to B2B audiences
  • Organize events (e.g., IAB, Faconauto) and produce commercial materials (e.g., pitch decks, audience reports, case studies and campaign insights, presentations for speaker events)
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Wallapop B2B customer journey and, working in partnership with the marketing and sales teams, delivers a robust marketing plan, complete with measurable tactics
  • Helps manage B2B customer research and insights; translates customer profiles into actionable engagement and advocacy programs
  • Provides input into other marketing and product plans and objectives, based on understanding the customer and market demands

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or college diploma and 5+ years’ related experience
  • Significant B2B marketing experience with proven and effective program development and execution
  • Knowledge of advertising and/or automobile industries in Spain
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Experience in designing and/or planning integrated marketing plans
  • Ability to clearly and consistently articulate vision, creativity and enthusiasm to internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Proven capability of thriving in a fast-paced marketing environment
  • Experience collaborating with designers and managing external agency partners with efficiency
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish amp; English
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
