We are looking for a Sales Unit Manager for our Spanish subsidiary to build and drive with a passion our strong sales team and support in establishing a strong business in Spanish market. Description:
- Building a strong Sales Business Unit to cover Spanish and Portuguese markets after establishing the new Sales yard
- Managing, developing and inspiring the team to implement the sales and strategy plans
- Organizing teamwork, assisting employees in solving daily work issues
- Overseeing all organizational and administrational activities within a team
- Ensuring effective communication with other areas of the business
- Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients of organization
- Ensure profitable vehicle sales and high quality customer service in Spain
- Create and implement long-term strategy for Key Account development, prepare sales and action plans to achieve them
Requirements:
- Experience in team management
- At least 3 years of active sales experience in heavy or automotive industry
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to execution
- Excellent leadership, sales, negotiation, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Action-oriented and results-driven
- Knowledge of the technical features of the truck would be an advantage
- Fluency in English and Spanish
