We are looking for a well-rounded and passionate Talent Partner to join our People team. You will have an active role in identifying and engaging top talent creatively, improving and contributing to our employer brand while scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as an organisation. You will focus on finding extraordinary talent, anticipating business needs, and coaching our hiring managers to hire successfully through an inclusive lens.

During your time at Tymit you will

  • Responsible for the entire life recruitment cycle for our engineering and product teams, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Design and execute the hiring plan and recruitment strategy for the tech and product departments helping Tymit grow and scale.
  • Create strategic plans for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds for each of your roles.
  • Improve our recruitment metrics, such as quality of hire, cost of hire, source of hire, time-to-hire, by monitoring and actively optimising our procedures.
  • Partner with leaders across Tymit to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals.
  • Help Tymit build a solid and innovative employer brand by using a combination of online and offline initiatives.
  • Build, establish and maintain meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Recommend and drive improvements to scale our talent acquisition practice.
  • Use your judgement on how to best organise, prioritise and execute in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation amp; Perks
The salary range of this role is 30,000 40,000 per annum depending on experience.
Stock options.
25 days of paid holiday plus bank holidays.

Flexible working hours.
Tymit is working fully remote, and all employees can remain working from home if they want, travelling to our Madrid Office when required.
If your preference is working from our office and working onsite with other Tymiteers, we have you covered with our office in the centre of Madrid.
Additional days to attend conferences and workshops when related to technology and/or events related to Tymit’s industry and sector.
