We are now looking for a IT Talent Acquisition Specialist, to join our Human Resources Team based in Barcelona or Remotely.
You will be driving the development of our in-house recruitment expertise in the sourcing amp; selection of IT amp; Marketing profiles.
You will own the full life-cycle recruitment process, from initial role qualification through to hiring the best tech talent on the market, whilst ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
You will be in charge of the recruitment process for nation and international offices.
Requirements
- You have at least 2 years’ experience in full life-cycle recruiting in IT, Marketing or Operational technical profiles.
- You have excellent partner management skills and have experience in using an ATS;
- You have a deep understanding of Internet-based recruiting tools and experience in employer branding or developing targeted recruitment campaigns;
- You can handle multiple roles and work within an international team;
- You are a natural negotiator and have strong written and oral communication;
- You are goal-oriented, ambitious and have solid analytical skills.
- Excellent English is a requirement;
