Role overview:

As a Partnerships Associate, you will be joining the early team at Blok. You will report directly to the Partnerships Manager and will be a crucial part of managing the local assortment and partnerships in Spain. This is a vibrant opportunity for someone who has already started their career in the commercial field and wants to build their knowhow of the choice of product, negotiations with suppliers, and the assortment shape our Blok.

Requirements

As part of the Partnerships Team you will have to:
  • Learn and analyse local trends around customer behaviours and branding
  • Foster the brand awareness through the assortment, purchasing from the top local brands/partners and negotiating with them
  • Develop the look and feel of all our key partnerships brands in the app: upload all the new key brands, collaborate with content developers and supervise/change/adapt the format and features of our brands in the app in order to maximize sales amp; brand awareness
  • Work together with the Marketing team to execute actions with our brands/partnerships: social media and blog content, newsletters, banners, events
  • Analyse all business KPIs to share accurate and up to date reports, whilst delivering business KPIs
  • Work closely alongside the Commercial team to develop close and constructive long term collaborations with our partners
  • Be on board and ready to handle, solve, and help out when situations appear in the daily running of the Partnerships team.
Desired Experience:
  • Have a degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Design
  • +3 years of experience in roles like Key Account Manager, Category Manager, Ecommerce, Consulting
  • Strong analytical skills, making data-driven decision, testing and solving problems ability
  • Someone who is an ecommerce lover - you are obsessed with all things online and staying up to speed with any developments in the industry
  • Someone who is a multitasker and agile, with a hands-on attitude - you like to get involved
  • Being autonomous, proactive and independent, but also a team player.
  • Someone who loves following trends, tendencies in the FMCG
  • You are a change-maker and innovator - forever anticipating opportunities and challenges.
  • You are a real people person with strong interpersonal skills; your role will be required to communicate assertively across multiple functions
  • You are a driving force for your team: humble, on top of your sh*t, and dynamic. You know when to get your head down and work but also when to have a laugh.
  • Fluent Spanish and English, both verbal and written communication skills, also a big bonus if you have a third language (IT/FR/PG).
