We are looking for an experienced, intelligent and innovative individual to undertake commercial pre-sales support activities typically within Southern Europe and France for Bizagi’s products and services. This is a dynamic and demanding role that will involve supporting the day-to-day activities of the sales team and developing pre-sales methodologies and tools to enable the sales team to become more successful. For the right candidate it would be a highly challenging and rewarding role. Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Robust technical and functional experience as a developer/consultant with focus on business automation.
  • At least 3 years of Pre-sales support experience supporting the sales of Enterprise software platforms.
  • Experience working with Global teams to develop proposals, presentations, RFIs, RFPs
  • Should be able to execute short term assessments, POC/pilots, map solutions to client business processes, and develop value proposition and business case
  • Good grasp of various iterative methodologies: Agile, SCRUM
  • Solid understanding of C#, SQL, JavaScript, Web Services, XML, RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with AI and RPA platforms a plus.
  • Strong documentation and articulation skills
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel

Requirements

Essential

  • Proven track record in vendor pre-sales or integration consultancy role with a business solutions provider, ideally in BPM/RPA/Digital Transformation.
  • Capability to manage pre-sale elements of complex, large value propositions, operating credibly at senior technical and board level.
  • Experience of operating in the domain of IT Service Management or IT Systems Management desirable.
  • Good understanding of cloud architectures and security.
  • Good presenter, communicator and influencer with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Team player with a persuasive and dynamic approach.
  • Multi-tasker able to prioritise workloads.
  • Graduate calibre, with flair for creativity.
  • Versant in CRM and highly disciplined to use
  • Fluent in spoken and written Spanish, French and English
  • Recognised process improvement methods e.g. lean/six sigma
