The Role

As a worldwide industry leader within the social slots gaming sector, Product Madness has an exciting opportunity for a Growth Analyst to join our ever-expanding digital marketing function and be part of an incredibly talented team on an inital 6 months contract basis.

You will be working alongside the best and brightest talent in the industry and have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the business working on our top-grossing games. You will be a significant part of making our retargeting even more successful via a variety of channels, whilst working alongside a dynamic, supportive and inclusive growth team who will value your creative marketing and analytical skills.

Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage relationships with Solutions and Coretech team, provide regular updates on all UA/tech projects.
• Work effectively with the rest of the Growth amp; Product teams to ensure operational efficiency of all BI tools
• Co-owner of the attribution tool, single point of contact for day to day operational requirements for all partners
• End to end ownership of implementing Innovative tools to improve UA efficiency
• Create documentations amp; confluence pages on the basic usage of all Adtech tools, both external and internal
• Automate processes/reporting etc in the UA team to improve efficiency and remove redundancies

• Building in-house DMP to improve segmentation and audience export
• Provide regular updates on major adtech changes that could impact UA/Gaming

About You

• Experience in mobile app media buying (gaming amp; retargeting experience is an advantage)
• Experience in UA adtech and attribution tools
• Data-Driven mindset and Creative thinking, with an ability to read and understand data.
• Experience in Google Analytics for Firebase is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Calculated Formulas)
• Self-motivated individual with a can do attitude.
• Autonomous worker with excellent time management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good team player but equally able to work on your own.
