The Customer Acquisition Marketing team is the main responsible for driving the strategy, budget and execution of the performance marketing strategy. You will help us scale and optimize our customer acquisition channels by optimizing performance against agreed KPIs by leveraging creatives, crack attribution, put in place a testing methodology, etc. For this, our team collaborates with other departments, such as Data, Web Product or Sales, to uncover the most valuable opportunities and convert them into actual company initiatives, business decisions, or marketing campaigns. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and manage paid social and display advertising campaigns for all Exoticca geographies (including Facebook/Instagram but not only).
- Optimize performance by monitoring bids and budgets to ensure targets are met (investment, ROI, etc.).
- Define custom reports to deep dive on performance; and be able to analyze results in order to put in place adjustments.
- Identify growth areas and execute AB tests to collect data and validate assumptions.
- Lead collaboration with providers (e.g. Facebook, Criteo, etc.) in order to maximise the full potential of each platform/media.
- Deal with the web product and tech teams to implement new developments to improve advertising programs.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce outstanding creative assets.
- Work on cross-functional projects being close to other departments (CRM, content, customer care) in order to design and execute initiatives.
Requirements
- +3 years of experience in online display advertising including Facebook (other platforms would be a plus -Google, Criteo, Pinterest, etc).
- Experience working with campaign management platforms such as Smartly, Kenshoo, Marin.
- Experience working with analytics and data visualization platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc. Knowledge of multiple attribution models would be a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, mostly Excel.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, tech and measurement.
- Must be creative, proactive, analytical, team player, hands on and results-driven.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience in travel is a plus (but not essential).
