The role sits within Blok's Strategy team which is responsible for providing relevant insights to the business, coming up with recommendations through data analysis and working with other teams to implement them. This is a exciting role, as it sits within a team with a global vision of the business, being able to support with your analytical skills projects across departments.

In addition, our Data amp; Strategy Associate will work with the Data team, developing the know-how to support relevant Data projects when required. • Work alongside the Strategy and Data team to develop detailed business cases to drive the business forward
• Support the data team when required by leveraging your analytical mindset
• Work on making data driven suggestions for business ideas to be assessed together with the Data team
• Through analysis, come up with business recommendations and work alongside Blok's departments to implement them
• Support in the development of excellent business presentations to show how the business evolves
• Understand competitors’ developments and key actions that can impact Blok

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a similar field
• 2+ years experience in a relevant role such as a Business analyst or consultant - experience in a fast-moving startup or early stage company is a big plus
• A proven track record of data driven decision-making and results which demonstrate your analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail
• Knowledge of technical tools: absolute must have proficiency in Excel, SQL desired and other programming languages would be a bonus
• Professional experience of synthesising complex analysis then presenting it to key internal stakeholders such as departmental managers
• Ability to deliver work within tight timelines - you have the ability to manage several projects at once while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
• Effective communication and organisational skills - you know how to do the basics well, and how to utilise project management and communication tools to do so
• Fluent in Spanish amp; English both verbal and written
