Client Service Operations Manager
You formulate operations amp; community strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. Ultimately, you lead the company to high customer retention, while remaining compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business.
What is important in this role, and where do we expect a class-act contribution on your behalf?
• Client-centric Outcome: You keep the focus on timely and qualitative output. You ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, compliant and cost-effective way. You plan and lead regular meetings with team to discuss present and future issues/updates. You are the 2nd line of escalation for problem-solving, after the Client Success Manager. You identify, develop and implement solutions to resolve issues.
• Resource planning and procurement: You oversee staffing schedules, resource needs, materials purchases, partner efficiency to identify and improve bottlenecks. Allocate resources daily and weekly to adjust team focus towards goals attainment.
• Operations Playbooks amp; Systems: You set and improve continuously the operational management systems, processes and best practices. You participate in client lifecycle initial stages to share ownership of key implementation decisions. You influence decisions based on post-implementation operations and long-term client success.
• Build and Coaching team: You recruit, train and supervise staff. You support company and team vision and values through role modeling and coach desired behaviors. You manage and coach the team members to improve their results and uphold the standards in the process.
• Monitoring and Reporting: You proactively communicate to key stakeholders and management, monitoring leading KPI and reporting for any issues and convey concerns. You keep track of post-implementation operations reports to translate data into recommendations.
