Overview

As our Growth Manager you will take over responsibility for the growth strategy in Southern Europe. The role combines a strategic perspective with working hands on to improve all aspects of the. User funnel.

You will be part of the Marketing team, but work very closely with the CEO and the CTO and will be constantly juggling multiple priorities related to product, team, and user growth.


In this role, you will:
  • Analyse complex issues, develop practical solutions to build a super fluid customer acquisition funnel.
  • Own the growth amp; performance marketing output (KPI’s) of Southern Europe. You will own the customers' lifecycle / CRM Management.
  • Plan and drive strategic initiatives, based on local as well as global goals, in close collaboration with the local teams.
  • Define objectives based on growth and provide the guidelines to track the progress.
  • Provide customer insight and utilize the data to answer some of the troubling whys that a company may have
  • Ensure the right data infrastructure is in place and analyze this data to meet projects goals
  • Design financial scenarios based on verified hypotheses and align with the defined objectives.
  • Participate in designing the growth and marketing budget and constantly monitor and optimize this between channels.
  • Develop user insights, share and act upon them - always iterating and A-B our product offering (such as price packages) as well as lifecycle communication to maximize growth.
  • Define the gold standard of measuring the customer journey and map our KPIs for all stages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master of Science within business, economics, data analytics or similar.
  • +5 years of proven work experience from areas of user funnel, lifecycle management
  • Business oriented mindset and a strong interest in business and strategy
  • Exposure in strategy development, implementation and project work is a huge plus
  • Data-savvy - you find a way to get the data you need and whip it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to use this data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis.
  • Technically proficient - you have collaborated or understand how to work with engineers in developing the technical architecture of the products you need to analyse
  • A deep understanding of customer behaviour and how digital marketing should be optimized to contribute to growth goals and conversion through the user funnel
  • Fluent enough in English to work in an international company
  • Entrepreneurial vision and comfortable in a start-up environment that is constantly evolving
