The role

We are looking for a Compliance Supply intern to assist our FinOps team. This role would suit someone who is currently studying or has recently completed their studies in Logistics (or similar), and is looking to gain practical experience at a growing international company.

Responsibilities

• Review Carrier documents to be compliance with internal and external regulation
• Partner with product and tech teams to highlight any issues
• Communicate by emails and phone with carriers to assess their queries
• Partner with Fleet and Capacity teams to unblock carriers acquisition
• Follow up possible and existing claims with Insurance by applying internal processes.

Requirements

• Degree (or studying towards one) in Logistics or similar
• Available for a 6-month internship in Madrid
• Work experience in an administrative role would be a definite plus
• Proactive with a strong capacity to self-motivate
• Hands-on attitude: no job is too big or too small
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent Spanish with an advanced level of English language skills. Other EU languages (e.g. Polish) a plus.
