We are currently looking for an IT Business Partner (ITBP) who will have the overall responsibility to serve as the strategic interface with our 2 Spanish business units for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.

This role is based in Alicante and reports into the IT Business Partner EMEA.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for resource allocation on regional level; Manage divisional IT budgets and priorities, ensuring that they are aligned to the global objectives; Measure user satisfaction on a regular basis and adjust divisional roadmap to support customer-centric business; Act as Single Point of Contact for the division and is the face of IT to the business for his/her region; Responsible to convert the existing legacy application landscape into a sustainable normalized one; Has critical leadership role focused on aligning regional objectives to those of the global organization; Act as the regional agent to align the division; Coordinate with divisional functional leads to ensure successful deployment of projects; Provide alignment and oversight for system development, architecture and program management of all regional business application development, maintenance, changes and upgrades; Partner with business leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities, and identify and prioritize projects based on predefined criteria; Proactively manage stakeholders’ expectations to prevent conflict from arising. Address, escalate and resolve any divisional areas of concern ensuring that conflicts are mitigated within the organization;Manage a team of 5 people and support an environment that attracts, retains and grows IT talent to ensure seamless succession and growth for the department. In that sense, lead a people development program aiming at fostering an engaged and collaborative workforce. Please note this role requires approx. 20% travel, mostly in Spain.
Requirements
Must have:
3-5 years experience in team management; Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills; Good time-management skills (ability to progress different topics concurrently); Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with customers, team and stakeholders; Business amp; IT strategy experience including budgeting for OPEX and CAPEX; Experience of change management within ERP environment (SAP preferred); Strong interpersonal skills to be able to effectively interact with multiple senior IT/Business Leaders and employees at all levels; Fluency in Spanish, ability to read, write and speak English at a high proficiency level. Nice to have:
