About the role:
We are looking for a new member in our Legal team, which is part of the Corporate Services Department. We advise on Commercial matters, mainly related to Distribution and Agency contracts.
Your will:
- Advising on Commercial subjects and contracts: preparation, review and negotiation
- Contracting in different areas, but especially in distribution and agency contracts, for all Group Companies such as Intervention in the operations of the daily activity of the company.
- Coordination of external advisers on certain matters.
- Support to the VP of Legal
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Masters in Legal Practice
- 1 - 3 years work experience in Commercial and Corporate Law
- Experience in a National or International Law Firm
- Knowledge or work experience in Industrial and Intellectual Property Law is a plus.
- Good level of English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented, analytical and very focused on quality
- Ability to think creatively and learn quickly
- Analytical skills
- Cross- cultural communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
