- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top B2B accounting talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various platforms and networks.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline and engage with potential candidates.
- Provide market insights and advice to clients regarding talent acquisition trends.

- Prospecting via phone calls, emails and LinkedIn and meeting with international clients.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in the B2B accounting sector.
- Strong networking abilities and relationships within the accounting industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects.
