We are looking for a Strategy Manager Corporates to help us build the strategy to develop Clarity’s new segment for corporates. Main responsibilities will include defining and prioritising the main points for companies to tackle, focusing on the CSRD reporting requirements for companies in the EU. Definition of customer segmentation (countries, dimension, sector/industry). Designing GTM strategy in the selected markets, including how to approach direct and indirect sales ( through alliances and partnerships with relevant consultants and tech providers, targeted marketing campaigns, etc.).

The role provides an opportunity to support building a new segment for corporates that is currently one of the biggest market opportunities for ESG tech providers.

Key Responsibilities

Working as a Senior Manager Corporates you will be responsible for the following:

• Understanding of the new requirements of ESG reporting regulation, with a clear focus on CSRD
• Supporting the Director Strategy Corporates in creating the new strategy and value proposition for the corporate segment
• Defining customer segmentation in different markets (countries, dimensions, sectors/industries) preparing a mid-term plan to escalate strategy at a global level.
• Supporting the product team in the definition of the metrics and functionalities to solve the main paintpoints of companies regarding ESG data management and reporting
• Designing the GTM strategy in different countries, including direct and indirect sales
• Identifying and establishing different partnerships with ESG consultants, tech providers and associations
• Leading presentations with potential clients

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills. (Minimum C1 level-proficient user). Spanish would be a plus.
• Highly motivated, independent and deeply passionate about sustainability and impact.
• Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience
• Experience working in a SaaS sustainability management company
• Deep understanding of ESG Regulations and standards (namely CSRD, SFDR, TCFD)
• Experience in creating GTM strategies in different countries
• Strong communication skills for clients' presentations
