The Role of Sales Development at Monta

The Sales Development team is the pulse of Monta's growth. This crucial role sees you as the torchbearer identifying potential customers, generating robust leads, and setting the stage for our dynamic sales team. By meticulously researching target organizations, engaging prospects, and leveraging industry know-how, you'll introduce Monta's unparalleled suite of products and services. Your passion for sales, a go-getter approach, and your agility in a fast-paced environment will position Monta for unparalleled success.


Primary Roles amp; Responsibilities

  • Proactively outbound prospect through cold-calling and messaging, ensuring qualified leads and inquiries.
  • Strategize alongside Account Executives to penetrate outbound prospects and accounts effectively.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with sales and marketing teams, offering insights on lead quality through our internal systems.
  • Elevate yourself as the Monta product suite expert.
  • Utilize tools like Hubspot, Gong, Cognism, and Sales Navigator to fortify your sales capability and business portfolio.
  • Analyze metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Achieve set quotas by devising and executing strategic outbound plans.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months in sales development or a related role.
  • Adaptability, coachability, with a heightened sense of urgency, comfortable in a dynamic setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey intricate concepts to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives.
  • Detailed focus and organizational skills to manage a vast lead portfolio.
  • Experienced in cold-calling and prospecting with a history of meeting monthly quotas.
  • Proven consistency in achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
  • An innate sense of curiosity, a drive to learn, grow, and a keenness for feedback.
  • Fluent in German amp; English.
