Your role
We are looking for a Dealer operations Intern to help and support our commercial team in carwow. You will work in the operations department, reporting to our Operations Manager, in our Madrid office.
Among your responsibilities:
- Effectively execute the operational tasks of the commercial team
- Monitoring and control of invoices issued in previous periods to our groups
- Management of communications with our dealer network
- Simplify and develop existing operations department processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree (studying or just finished) in Business, Economics, Engineering or related.
- You are full of energy, resilient and self-confident, but down to earth.
- Positive mindset, with high autonomy and keen to assume new responsibilities.
- You have an eye for detail and set a high quality standard.
- Very well organized and manage to effectively prioritize and execute your tasks in a timely manner.
- Positive to have customer relationships related skills
- Positive to have analitycal background
- You are eager to learn!
