About the role :
As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll work closely with our clients to identify, investigate, escalate and advise them on their questions and concerns. Day to day, your interactions with our customers directly impact their ability to run their teams efficiently. In doing so, you’re a key player in growing Aircall. You’ll work closely with our global support team to efficiently identify, solve, escalate and advise our customers on their questions and concerns.

A little more about you :
  • Experience in a SaaS B2B customer support role is a plus
  • Bilingual in English is required
  • Perfect fluency in Spanish is required to be able to assist our Spanish speaking customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical aptitude
  • Exhibit strong curiosity (to investigate issues) and empathy (to build positive customer experience)
  • Ability to multi-task across different tools and platforms
  • Willingness to work with multiple teams in an international and multilingual remote/hybrid environment
