Job Description
At Kantox we are looking for a Commercial Operations Intern who will focus on driving current internal processes that aim increasing sales and channel partner effectiveness. You will actively contribute to leading the business towards continued growth and organisational development. In your day to day you will interact with several stakeholders across the Commercial Team.

Reporting to the MI Commercial Operations Team Manager, you will be part of a team of 8 whose mission is to help accelerate growth in the Commercial team (Marketing, Sales and Customer Success).

Your mission within Kantox
- Identify companies though various market research tools and sources
- Data entry and update of in-house databases to ensure the quality and consistency of our data
- Support other team members with external research to develop market knowledge on relevant companies/trends in the sectors in which we operate.
- Participate in the set-up and follow-up of relevant commercial initiatives
- Prepare presentations and documentation for internal processes and/or stakeholder meetings
- Evaluate potential customers through their financial and international activity information
- Support the marketing team in helping evaluate the value of events and associations
- Support the sales teams in the management of their commercial territories
Who you are:
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with additional proficiency in Spanish, French, or German considered a valuable asset.
- Keen Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and precision in data entry tasks, with a keen focus on identifying and rectifying errors.
- Analytical Aptitude: Capable of critically examining data, identifying patterns, and drawing meaningful insights to inform decision-making processes.
- Information Synthesis: Ability to understand and synthesise information into concise, understandable summaries
- Adaptability and Multitasking: Skilful in managing multiple tasks concurrently, adjusting priorities as necessary to accommodate shifting demands and deadlines.
- Resilience for Repetitive Tasks: Willingness and capability to handle routine duties with consistency and diligence, maintaining focus and productivity over time.

- Data Maintenance Experience: While not mandatory, some experience in data maintenance and data entry in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and other databases is a plus.
