How will you make a difference
- You have proven leadership of front-end, backend, DevOps, and QA teams, ensuring that they are aligned with the product/business and work towards a common goal.
- You have experience developing modern and intuitive interfaces
- You like to work in agile and dynamic environments
- You know how to build responsive web applications with complex, real-time interactions.
- You have a high security standard using code
- You are an expert in promoting teamwork so that teams collaborate with each other and create synergies for continuous improvement
Requirements
What will make you stand out from the crowd:
Technical responsibility at the project level.
Enhancing the importance of team unity so that everyone feels part of the project and the company.
Assisting, coordinating, and providing support to other departments within the company (BI, CS, SEO, SEM, Finance, Payments, etc.).
Assisting with product and having a business vision.
Assisting in guiding and prioritizing tasks for different development teams.
Identifying risks and planning mitigation actions.
Implementing best practices regarding methodologies used within their scope of work.
Conducting one-on-one follow-ups with project team leads or technical personnel to ensure alignment with values, objectives, etc.
Preparing the annual performance evaluation report and conducting meetings with each team member.
Completing the feedback form on the performance (successful or not) of the probationary period for the supervised staff and communicating the decision in an individual feedback interview.
Approving vacations while considering project needs.
Conducting weekly/biweekly meetings with team leads/technical team and business stakeholders to track:
Providing technical assistance to product and other departments such as BI, SEO, SEM, Finance, Payments, etc.
