The role you’ll play

As a Junior Full Stack Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in both the creation and improvement of our software products. After completing our onboarding process, you will actively participate in the development lifecycle by writing clean, efficient code for new features and maintaining existing code to meet our high standards of quality and performance. You will participate in all stages of software development, including gathering requirements, analysis, coding, testing, and maintenance.

We create tools designed for our translators and linguists to handle various linguistic resources. These tools are incorporated into the broader LanguageWire ecosystem, streamlining and improving the translation workflow.

If you want to make a difference, make it with us by

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including other developers, QA engineers and product owners, to grasp project requirements, collect essential information, and offer insights on software development progress.
  • Collaborate with senior developers to understand the project scope and create clean code.
  • Engage in a collaborative team following agile methodologies.
  • Develop comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests under the guidance of our QA engineers.
  • Actively participate in process improvement initiatives within the team. Identify areas for improvement, suggest solutions, and contribute to the implementation of best practices. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation.

  • You are fluent in English.
  • Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent professional training.
  • You have a structured and organized approach to work, with excellent attention to detail.
  • You are willing to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
  • You have a proactive attitude and self-motivation to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.

This will make you stand out

  • You have knowledge of C# and .NET, understand clean coding processes and SOLID principles, and are eager to expand your learning.
  • You are familiar with frontend technologies and frameworks, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and either Angular, React, or Vue.
  • You are aware of REST APIs and are interested in learning how to develop and test them.
  • You are interested in DevOps and topics like Cloud, Observability, Infrastructure as Code, etc.
