Your Work-life opportunity

As Head of Product Operations, you will be responsible for direct line management, product-centric tasks, strategic planning, and implementation and will be heavily involved in daily operational activities. Your role includes periodic direct engagement in the development of products. The responsibilities span across several diverse product lines and business-operational areas.

You will be part of a team where you will work on:

  • Collaborate closely with the Product Development team and the Product Owner to accurately interpret and implement their defined product strategies across the company, ensuring seamless integration and execution within the daily operations of various product-focused departments.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of several product-related departments, including Customer Service, Data, Media Buying, and other product-related business-operational areas.
  • Ensure cohesive functioning across different departments, aligning their activities with the overall product strategy and company objectives.
  • Direct and mentor a diverse team, including but not limited to the Media and Advertising Manager, Data Team Lead, and Customer Service team leaders.
  • Manage comprehensive fraud prevention strategies, integrating them seamlessly across various operational lines.
  • Regularly report to senior executives and stakeholders on operational performance, challenges, and strategic opportunities in areas of your responsibility.

Requirements

Who Are You?

As a Head of Product Operations, you will need to have:

  • At least 10 years of demonstrable experience in digital B2C products and operations-related leadership roles, with a strong background in managing diverse product-related teams and business functions Doing so for Data, Media and Customer Service teams is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with product development teams to translate product strategies into operational actions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, with a successful team management track record. Able to provide references.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, crucial for internal coordination and external stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability in strategic planning and execution, focusing on operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
  • Demonstrated experience in being actively involved in day-to-day operations and decision-making processes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of executive management practices, with the ability to navigate complex business environments, competing requirements, and strict deadlines.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, proficiency in identifying operational challenges and developing innovative solutions.
  • Technical proficiency, and strong understanding of the technical aspects of product development and operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred (MBA).
