Objective:Lead and manage the complete product development lifecycle on a larger scale, encompassing the product and business strategy for an entire value stream or a portion of the contract. The primary mission is to ensure the development and launch of innovative, high-quality products aligned with customer needs and the company's business objectives.
Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and operations, in the development and launch of new products or the strategic deployment of a value stream.Establish clear communication and a relationship with customer managers to understand the business strategy and translate it into product strategy.Define product development strategies and plans, taking into account business goals and needs.Manage the product portfolio, evaluating opportunities, prioritizing projects, and allocating resources efficiently.Monitor the progress of product development, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and business objectives.Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities and challenges in product development.Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, promoting the exchange of knowledge and best practices among teams.Monitor product performance in the market, analyzing metrics, customer feedback, and competition, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.Stay updated on best practices in product development, technologies, and market trends.
