Talent Acquisition Partner (In-house)
Location: Barcelona, Hybrid

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Mitiga Solutions, you'll:

  • Be a strategic business partner, working closely with our People amp; Talent Lead to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies aligned with our ambitious growth plans.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for candidates and our growing team.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate selection criteria, and design tailored recruitment campaigns that attract the best and brightest minds in the tech industry.
  • Be a master of employer branding, crafting compelling narratives that showcase Mitiga Solutions as a vibrant, innovative, and purposeful workplace that attracts and retains top talent.
  • Explore uncharted territories, diving into the world of social media, CV databases, and professional networks to uncover hidden gems and build a pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Leverage LinkedIn's full potential, utilizing its advanced search tools and engagement features to proactively source candidates who align perfectly with our open positions.
  • Be a GDPR Ambassador- confidentially maintaining comprehensive documentation of recruitment processes, ensuring a consistent and efficient approach to talent acquisition
  • Stay ahead of the curve, continuously tracking industry trends and adopting innovative recruitment methodologies to keep Mitiga Solutions at the forefront of tech talent acquisition.

If you're a dynamic, results-oriented individual with a passion for shaping the future of talent acquisition, this role is for you. We seek a Talent Acquisition Partner who possesses:

  • A proven track record of success in full-cycle recruitment and employer branding, driving results for leading tech companies.
  • Mastery of social media, CV databases, and professional networks to identify and source top talent.
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn solutions to proactively source candidates, leverage its networking features, and engage with potential recruits.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, candidate assessment, and communication skills to establish rapport, build trust, and effectively evaluate candidates.
  • Engaging and professional communication skills (both verbal and written), ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail, maintaining complete records and ensuring seamless processes.
  • A progressive mindset, eager to embrace new technologies and innovative approaches to talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and employer branding, preferably within the science and/or tech industry.
  • 1+ years experience recruiting on an executive level
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with additional languages (such as Catalan) a significant advantage.
  • Previous experience recruiting in the Climate Tech or Climate Science industries is not demanded but will be considered a very strong plus!
