As a PM, you will be responsible for fostering a vibrant and collaborative environment within and outside the teams. In our projects, we embrace a culture of experimentation, combining Agile practices with occasional utilization of PMBOK. However, our current focus is on implementing the Kanban methodology and establishing robust Kanban systems. We highly value the feedback we receive from our teams and stakeholders, as it enables us to grow and improve further.
As a candidate, we expect you to possess an extensive knowledge base and profound understanding of both traditional project management principles and Agile-related practices, values, and principles.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Drive the process of values delivery;
- Work with multiple teams of different levels of maturity;
- Facilitate team meetings and activities;
- Help the team to choose best practices and instruments for establishing the workflow. Including teaching the team how to use these practices and new instruments;
- Help the team to regularly inspect and adapt their processes, motivating them to constantly improve and grow;
- Highlight the areas of improvement in the company processes and support their elimination.
What we are looking for:
- 6+ years of experience working as a Project Manager;
- Have an understanding of Agile on the level of values and principles;
- Have a proven success of working with Agile teams;
- Easily build trustful connections with people, be empathic, humble and not ego-driven;
- Be open to the new knowledge and be willing to constantly evolve and develop in their role;
- Have an advanced level of English and Russian.
Bonus points:
- Run the process of the preparation and launching the mobile game projects globally;
- Develop the projects with the outsource teams from scratch;
- Manage the non-gaming projects and activities. For example, the internal infrastructure projects;
- Kanban Management Professional certification is a big plus.
