We're looking for self-starters who take pride in their work. You’ll need to be in good physical condition, ready to stand for long periods of time, reach high shelves, and bend low to retrieve stock. You must also be able to focus and stay productive in a fast-paced environment. Do you have experience dealing with customers and have an excellent eye for detail? This opportunity is a Customer Warehouse Operative role with a difference!
You will be joining a young and dynamic team at our newly purchased warehouse in Madrid!. We are looking for someone with lots of enthusiasm, a focused mind and a Can Do attitude.
Key responsibilities for a Warehouse Operative - Customer Based role at Huboo:
This is no ordinary online retail role dealing with customers! We are looking for a driven individual to take on the task of supporting our clients and making them the best they can be:
- Building strong client relationships and taking ownership of specific clients
- Always provide an excellent client service
- Working in a fast paced, busy environment
- Processing and shipping orders for your client’s online shops
- Oversee booking new products in and making sure your client’s merchandise and business is running smoothly
- Showing excellent attention to detail always to ensure your clients orders are correct Processing all customers orders and making sure they are packed and sent out on time and in line with the client’s brand guidelines
- Working with autonomy and accountability ensuring you make the right decisions for clients and communicate this positively.
Requirements
Experience and skills needed for a Warehouse Operative - Customer Based role at Huboo:
Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you can think on your own, are organised, and willing to take on some responsibility
- Customer based experience desired but not essential
- VNA license desirable
- Be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Be able to reach up high and bend low to retrieve stock from shelves
- Be able to work in a repetitive environment
- Have good communication skills
- Commitment to always work hard and give 100%
- Able to work on your own and as a team
- A curious thinker, problem solver with a creative edge!
- The ability to build strong relationships, listen and understand your colleagues and clients
- You will need to be forward thinking; we do not want someone who will settle for the status quo, new ideas are certainly encouraged!
