Job Description

We are looking for a QA amp; Customer Success Specialist (flexible working time and partial remote work possible) to join our PIX4Dcatch team in Madrid, Spain. Pix4Dcatch is a mobile app that enables users to capture images using augmented reality for photogrammetry 3D reconstructions.

This role provides a great opportunity for those interested to work with development teams but at the same time, have the chance to be involved in customer support activities. You will play a key role in the release cycle of the product as a Quality Assurance Specialist, helping the team to excel in the quality of the application. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to help our customers succeed with their projects thanks to your expert advice and unique knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables by supporting the team with manual testing and validation of the application before each release.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support via a ticketing system (i.e. Zendesk), phone, and Community (Forum).
  • Create, update, and maintain the application documentation.
  • Encourage seamless communication between the development team and the end-user by sharing customer experiences and staying up to date with the state of the product’s development.
  • Collaborate in the full product life cycle, from early concepts and prototypes to full deployment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience and knowledge with mapping/image acquisition or similar
  • Customer-oriented, empathetic and caring about solving user problems
  • Experience with Customer Support
  • Previous experience with RTK devices, workflows or other surveyor equipment is a plus
  • Excellent bug reporting and tracking skills
  • Knowledge of QA methodologies and tools is a strong plus
  • Proficient English language skills, written and spoken
