About the role:
We are looking for a Finance and Administration Intern [prácticas] to help with the day to day activities at Codurance in Spain.
This includes handling parts of the invoicing and accounting processes and helping with organising events (both internal and external): from researching options, comparing prices, contacting providers to helping organise the events themselves. You will support our current team with preparing, processing and organising documentation as well as helping with the onboarding of new joiners!
You will be collaborating mainly with the Head of Finance and our Office Manager.
We are flexible regarding the working conditions: working part-time or full-time. We offer a hybrid modality for you, you shall come to the office at least once a week and work from home the rest of the time.
Upon completion of the internship, there is a possibility of evolving into a permanent employee!
Responsibilities:
- Providing support across all departments of the company (finance, administration, people operations, etc)
- Support with internal and external events management (catering, hotels, travels)
- Managing providers and partners
- Onboarding / Offboarding (preparing and updating relevant documentation)
- Organising documents in our corporate Google Drive
- Accounting and handling invoices from providers
- Processing expense notes from employees
- Inventory management
- Participating in the monthly invoicing process
Requirements
We’d love to meet someone with..
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
- A background in business administration, graduated from ADE or ciencias empresariales
- Some professional experience (internship, summer jobs, part-time student job)
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace (Gsuite), particularly presentations and spreadsheets
- Strong organisational skills and a high attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset who can also work with autonomy
- Flexibility and proactivity to suggest improvements
It’s a bonus if you
- Participated in an international exchange program (Erasmus or similar)
- Have worked in a client-facing role in the past (hospitality, customer services etc)
- Are interested in tech
