What you'll do:
- Provide operational support for day-to-day operations of the people functions and duties for our Spanish business unit.
- Assist with the compilation and update of employee records, take care of contract management, and deal with employee requests for Spanish business unit regarding human resource issue.
- Provide support with onboarding for new hires for our Spanish business unit
- Assist with the organization and logistics of office activitiesamp;events to further increase employee engagement.
- Support local and international People amp; Culture projects
- Provide support to organize employee training according to their needs.
- Identify improvement opportunities
What we look for:
- Internship agreement with an educational institution.
- Passion and curiosity for HR field.
- Ideally experience in people management
- Fluent in Spanish and English, additional languages are an asset
- This internship requires presence at least twice a week in our office in Madrid
- Preferably you are available for a full-time internship in a 6 months.
