Ria is seeking an ambitiousTelecomEngineerwho will be part of the global team responsible for the Europe and Africa infrastructure system as well as giving support to the RIA Stores for building infrastructure. This teams mission is being responsible for all Voice, Data and Telecom systems work probably as well as giving support for any unexpected incidents that can occur with different shifts. In more detailed saying, this team decide, design what kind of infrastructure systems will be used when we are opening a new store and Troubleshoots problems with Data network and security infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, proxy servers and make corrective actions when necessary.

What you’ll do:
• Proven experience as a Network or Telecom Engineer or you successfully completed studies in the field of informatics or a comparable qualification; professional certification (e.g. CCNA or CCNP is a plus).
• Experience with scripting and automation tools (batch, powershell)
• Desired experience with Networks/Services based on main manufacturers: Cisco, AVAYA, Genesys, Fortinet, Azure
• Desired experience configuring and maintaining cisco ASA 5500-X Series, FortiGates
• Troubleshoots problems with Data network and security infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, proxy servers and make corrective actions when necessary
• Support, maintenance Contact Centre, Voice Network;
• Management of Cisco Unified Communication, Call Manager, Gateways (Cisco, AVAYA), AVAYA Communication Manager (ACD, Skills, Hunt-Group, Vectoring, Trunking, ARS) and Physical Network
• Cable and patching network data centre and branches, replacing obsolete devices for new ones.
• Manage ISP trouble tickets
Who you are:
• Bachelor's degree in a field related to computer or information science OR a postsecondary certificate or an associate's degree
• 3-5 years of experience as a Network Engineer at incidents management L2 or L3.
• Intermediate English Level or higher (Fluent in English and Spanish both verbal and written).
• Desired Certifications; CCNP Routing amp; Switching, SD-WAN Technologies, Azure, AWS
• Willing to travel to the branches around EMEASA (one per month, only 2-3 days).
