As an Oliva Career Coach, you will:
- Conduct 1-2-1 professional coaching sessions via the Oliva platform.
- Keep session notes within the Oliva platform for efficient record-keeping.
- Communicate assets and follow-ups seamlessly via the Oliva messaging function.
Requirements
You will be a great addition to our coaching team if you:
- Embrace a competitive yet consistent pay rate.
- Bring a wealth of coaching experience with recent coaching education in the last 2 years.
- Accumulate a minimum of 400 coaching hours.
- Boast 3-5 years of professional experience in a business setting prior to becoming a coach.
- Are able to work as a self-employed individual, invoicing with ease.
- Hold relevant insurances, if applicable.
- Have a minimum of 5 hours of availability for sessions per week.
- Be a member of a professional body or coaching community/network.
- Exhibit proficiency in integrating coaching solutions with technology.
- Be based in the EU or UK.
- Fluent in English, with a knack for delivering online sessions.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the link between professional coaching and well-being.
- Adhere to Oliva's standards and ethics, contributing positively to our coaching community.
- Ready and eager to start in February 2024!
