We are seeking an experienced and proactiveSite Surveyorto join ourConstructionteam in Castilla y Leon, Spain.

1. Conduct pre-construction site surveys to determine property boundaries based on client-provided information.
2. Check and interpret site plans, ensuring adherence to construction plans and specifications.
3. Accurately set out works before the commencement of construction, ensuring clarity and precision.
4. Communicate effectively with the site team and subcontractors to ensure a comprehensive understanding of provided information.
5. Collaborate with designers and engineers to verify the accuracy of plans and drawings.
6. Assist in supervising and coordinating construction activities on-site.
7. Maintain and interpret site, topographical, and construction drawings.
8. Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with project requirements, producing accurate as-built drawings for the Oamp;M folders

What you bring to the role:

1. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or other similar
2. Experience in setting out and surveying on construction of solar parks with a minimum of 2 years’ experience ideally in large scale solar parks (minimum 5MW)
3. Excellent communication, organisation, administration, and interpersonal skills
4. Familiar with AutoCAD, GPS and setting out equipment
5. Ability to operate in a highly technical or particularly complex field
