Job Description

This role gives you the opportunity to shape the future of customer engagement experiences by building an extraordinary multi-channel conversational Inbox, enabling 10s of thousands of users to have 1:1 conversation effectively and successfully. It is tightly integrated with our campaign, bot, and automation services in a seamless user experience that we have exciting plans to transform and innovate on even further.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the product strategy, aligned with overall vision, objectives, and market demand.
  • Own and drive the creation and execution of a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements to expand customer base and deliver maximum value to users.
  • Accountability of the full product lifecycle, from insight, to discovery, implementation, and release, ensuring high-quality, high-value, timely deliveries.
  • Continuously evaluate market trends, user feedback, and technical advancements to influence and guide your plans.
  • Build strong relations with your counterparts in engineering and design, and closely collaborate with other product teams, sales, marketing, and support.
  • Establish key metrics and regularly analyze product performance to optimize features, address issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Effectively communicate and articulate product plans, priorities, progress, and challenges to collaborators at all levels

Requirements

  • You have a very good understanding of the needs of a support agent and what is important when running a customer service organization.
  • You have several years of experience in a product management role, with a consistent record of successfully leading a usage intense SaaS product.
  • You are a strategic thinker and a creative problem-solver that gets things done.
  • You dare to take decisions and make hard prioritization.
  • You are a skilled communicator and collaborate well across teams and organizations.
  • You are technical enough to collaborate well with the engineering team and make informed product decisions.
  • You draw insights from data, and you leverage metrics to influence your decisions.
  • Fluent English.
