Purpose
The purpose of the Product Marketing Manager is to work across multiple stakeholder groups in the company, reporting to Marketing and the Head of Growth. You will create and have ownership of the go-to-market plans for the Learnlight product, its enhancements, and new functionalities. You will drive product positioning in the market and assist sales teams in compiling client and competitive intelligence to feed back to product, as well as create and manage any product marketing assets and documents as needed. The person in this role will possess expertise in the Learning and Development industry, preferably in the EdTech domain. Additionally, strong content development skills will be required, with proven campaign management experience. A strong communication and working style that fosters collaboration and delivers results.

Requirements
Team Management:
Lead internal communication flow, serve as a liaison, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure launch readiness.
Lead the creation and maintenance of value proposition materials, such as product demos, customer-facing product presentations, and content for marketing collateral.
Lead and facilitate meetings with key stakeholder groups including Product, Technology, Marketing, and Sales, amongst others.
Research amp; Planning:
Develop, manage and execute the GTM launch plan for new products, new product enhancements, and new market segments to ensure cross-functional internal alignment and readiness.
Gain internal alignment on GTM program development and ensure executional delivery.
Develop a deep understanding of the market problems and effectively position and communicate how and why product features and functionality address and overcome those market problems for our clients.
Collaboration and responsibilities:
Lead product launches in collaboration with the Sales and Learning departments, determining objectives and KPIs for the GTM strategy
Become a subject matter expert in our products and solutions in order to optimize growth and product awareness
Develop compelling value propositions to engage new amp; existing customers
Create product messaging and content assets that offer differentiation from other market solutions
Work closely with the Campaign Manager to carry out impactful BOFU campaigns and agree on KPIs to measure performance
Work closely with the Learning department to gain deep knowledge of products to pass on to the marketing and sales teams as well as to the market
Work closely with the sales team to perfect the sales and marketing process
Collaborate with Product on User Acceptance Testing Strategy
Gain customer insight into the use of current products by conducting interviews, surveys, focus groups etc
Work with broad cross-functional internal teams to ensure GTM tracking of dependent stakeholder readiness plans including, reporting key milestones status, risks and contingency planning and issue escalation as necessary.

Demonstrate the ability to coordinate and encourage collaboration across functional teams
Deep understanding of value proposition and how to apply this to different target audiences.
Understand competitor products and market trends would be a bonus.
Skills:
Efficient in MS Office Suite and other related tools
C2 level of English required
Education amp; Experience:
Demonstrable success in launching new products and product features
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
Proven track record of commercial success in evolving products and growing revenue into new markets, regions, segments, and customer types.
