You’re our perfect candidate if you:

  • Assist the team lead in the review, analysis and evaluation of digital payments and chargebacks fraud solution requirements.
  • Collaborate to prevent and detect potential fraud across all payment verticals.
  • Review evidence or case presented and leveraging acquirer/schemes dispute resolution management rules to determine the validity of each claim and its potential for recovery.
  • Highlight fraud or any chargeback trends when reviewing transactions and propose further analysis.
  • Build reports on Chargeback monitoring for all stakeholders, teams and leaders
  • Work closely with other peers in order to effectively analyze patterns and sharing best practices to prevent chargebacks and fraudulent transactions.
  • Develop reports and analysis to support metric tracking statistics to departmental management as requested in order to advise as to the status, volume, and potential accrual needs of future chargebacks, fees, and other payments.
  • Provide support to the Operational and Business units of the organization on Chargeback related matters.
  • Collaborate with other departments for the automation and optimization of processes and information.

Requirements

Your expertise in a nutshell

  • At least two years of experience working as a chargeback, fraud analyst or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Criminology or in a relevant work experience.
  • Experience with chargebacks, reason codes and fraud or chargeback prevention management systems.
  • Experience and agility in excel, data analysis or similar.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent self-motivation and proactivity
  • Working closely with internal and external merchants to ensure an effective alignment with business and clients needs
  • Well organized, flexible and agile person

  • Fluent in English
  • SQL language is a plus.
