What is our proposal?

The Performance Marketing team is the main responsible for driving the strategy, budget and execution of the performance marketing strategy. The Display amp; Video will help us scale and leverage our customer acquisition display and video channels with a focus on Google Ads, Display amp; Youtube environment, by optimizing performance against agreed KPIs by leveraging creatives, put in place a testing methodology, etc.

For this, our team collaborates with other departments, such as Data, Web Product, design or Sales, to uncover the most valuable opportunities and convert them into actual company initiatives, business decisions, or marketing campaigns


What will you do?

  • Create, launch, and maintain upper amp; mid-funnel channels’ campaigns (mostly Google Display, YouTube amp; Google Search) for all Exoticca geographies.
  • Optimise performance amp; results by monitoring bids and budgets to ensure targets are met (investment, CPM, CTR, Conversions, ROI, etc.).
  • Update reports and analyze results in order to put in place adjustments.
  • Take ownership of quarterly objectives and create an action plan to achieve the objectives.
  • Challenge existing processes to unlock automation opportunities (reporting, campaign creation).
  • Identify growth areas and execute AB tests to collect data and validate assumptions.
  • Collaborate with providers (e.g. Media agencies, Google, etc.) in order to maximize the full potential of each platform/media.
  • Identify new partners’ opportunities to grow the digital brand consideration of Exoticca.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target audience, using user insights and data to build campaigns with on-brand messaging that resonates with the targeted audience
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to produce outstanding creative assets.
  • Work on cross-functional projects being close to other departments (CRM, content, customer care) in order to design and execute initiatives.

Requirements

  • +3 years of experience in Display platforms, Youtube amp; SEM (Google, Bing)
  • +1 year of experience managing media agencies on upper-funnel / mid-funnel objectives
  • Experience working in a programmatic environment such as DSPs, Adserving, CDPs, Brand Safety platforms
  • Experience working with analytics and data visualization platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, mostly Excel.
  • Good analytical and communicative skills: we are looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers. The analysis of metrics will form part of your daily routine.
  • A strong understanding and passion for a/b testing as well as incrementally tests, with demonstrable ability to create test hypotheses, execute tests, and measure outcomes
  • Creative skills to marketing and out-of-the-box thinking: you can demonstrate an ability to come up with innovative approaches to getting the best performance from display marketing channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, tech and measurement.
  • Must be proactive, analytical, team player, fast learner and results-driven.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
