The Global Human Resources department has a vacancy in its team for the following position:

Talent Management amp; Organizational Development Intern

You will be supporting our team with the following topics:

  • Development of key elements of our International Talent Program and assistance in planning and coordinating international talent events.
  • Support in operational day-to-day business of national/international training management.
  • Implementation of strategic human resources development projects.
  • Regular collaboration and interaction with our international HR community on various projects.
  • Lead your own exciting projects related to Talent Management or Learning amp; Development (with support from a mentor).
  • Independently take on tasks such as preparing and following up on international talent programs.
  • Be involved in the design and implementation of current projects around performance management, succession planning or executive development.
You will gain the following experience:
  • A profound insight into the HR development activities of an international purpose driven company.
  • Working with an experienced Talent amp; Organizational Development Team with a proven track record of success in implementing Talent and Leadership topics.

Requirements

You can relate to the following:

  • You have a great interest in the area of HR development and can be creative and innovative in your thinking and contribution.
  • You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) at a university and have ideally already some working experience.
  • Proficiency in English is required, further languages are beneficial.
  • A willingness to take the initiative and seek opportunities to contribute to the team's success.
  • You know your way around MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) as well as collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Miro, etc.).
  • You work independently and diligently, enjoy taking responsibility and are comfortable working remotely in a fast pace environment.
  • You are curious, willing to learn and team-oriented, enjoy agile methods and working in an international context.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively is crucial in this role.
