We are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our Client Success team.

The role is based in Madrid, Spain

Way of Working: Remote / Hybrid


Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary owner dedicated to a group of Clarity AI’s clients
  • Deliver a Gold Standard Experience (fast, smart, concise, human, accurate, and informed) to your assigned clients and internal stakeholders
  • Build trusted relationships with your clients by becoming a subject matter expert on their business and their Clarity AI use case, as well as topics such as ESG, Impact and relevant regulations
  • Drive commercial conversations with your clients, searching for ways in which Clarity AI can deliver more value for them
  • Provide direct support when users face issues, and work closely with internal resources to deliver swift, complete solutions
  • Lead projects to implement/improve processes and solutions that benefit your clients and peers
  • Deliver regular outbound campaigns on new products and features
  • Provide guidance on topics important to clients such as ESG, Impact, or Clarity AI’s methodologies

Requirements

  • 4 years+ of experience in client-facing, relationship building roles
  • Deeply passionate about social impact and making the world a better place
  • Fluent in English + German
  • Client-centric mindset and ability to step back to see the bigger picture and make compromises that lead to bigger wins in the long-run
  • Able to ask insightful questions to get to the heart of an issue
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Self-starter who will thrive in a start-up setting by taking ownership and initiative
  • High level of energy and stamina
  • Good communication skills
  • A good problem solver

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in more languages is a plus (Spanish, French, Italian, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics or business.
  • Proven track record of performance (top 10-20% of company) in past sales positions is a strong plus
  • Experience in the financial services sector
  • Experience in analytical or sustainability-linked roles
